Sacred speed ground for BMW fans, the BMW Performance Center East is host to a full track that’s sure to thrill. Established in 1999, it’s located just across the street from BMW’s Spartanburg factory.
The Track at South Carolina
A NEW CHALLENGE AT EVERY TURN
There’s always a new challenge to explore. Our 2.3-mile track is built on over 137 acres and includes a smooth, polished concrete skid pad, off-road areas, a full autocross section, and some serious turns, dives and straightaways to help you build confidence behind the handlebars.
We’ll reconfigure the track for different driving exercises, helping you make the most of your time with us. Just watch those cones.
THE BMW TRACK SECTIONS
The basics begin right here, with plenty of challenges to bring out the best in your motorcycle control abilities.
AN AUTHORITY ON AUTHORITY
Our blacktop course is very flexible and can represent multiple real-world scenarios with cones, from tight turns to figure 8s. The course will test your ability in multiple areas, including acceleration and controlled braking.
THE PERFECT PLACE TO START
Our Motorcycle Safety Foundation course also takes place on our blacktop, offering plenty of room to allow you to learn and grow over two days of beginner instruction. Cones guide the way, allowing exercises to become more challenging as you level up.
BMW OFF-ROAD TRACKS
TERRAIN TOUGHNESS
Our stunning off-road course will take you through dirt and sand pits, washboard roads, big hills and loose gravel. Our GS Adventure bikes will allow you to handle every challenge – we’ve designed the course specifically for them (and you).
AREA 7
Sounds like a top-secret location and in a way, it is. This area will focus on steep hills and even allow you to ride through a concrete tube.
